Ever Wish You Had A Magic Wand?
I’d use it to erase the anxiety people of all ages seem to be feeling these days. You know what I’m talking about.
People seem stressed. And angry. Nasty comments are spewed across television, social media, roadways, workplaces, even at kids’ sport contests.
Blame it on the pandemic, politics, world events, or the economy. There’s plenty going on that just doesn’t seem “right.”
You know as well as I do that I’m never going to get that magic wand... and frankly, neither are you.
But this doesn’t mean there’s nothing we can do to help ourselves feel less stressed and anxious in today’s world.
This website is a curation of information I’ve learned... information that when applied helps me feel better... even when things around me are NOT how I want them to be. It's not like this information can make circumstances miraculously disappear or improve, but it does help me find my power so that I can effectively deal without losing control.
I have no doubt they can help you do just the same.
To be clear, my intention is not to convince you or anyone that these ideas are right for you. I respect you and your beliefs and I’m not interested in changing either.
What I WOULD like to do is share information with people who’ve been asking me for it and also with others who feel like I once did... before I learned that life doesn’t just happen to me... I CREATE it.
As you’ll notice, the blog posts are written in brief, bite-size nuggets. Links to the Science behind them are listed in a separate blog post, if you’re interested.
My hope is that you’ll find this site uplifting. If the posts resonate with you, I hope you’re inspired to apply the ideas in your life. If so, don’t rush yourself. Take your time moving through the material and notice what happens.
